Extra Night(s) Accommodation

This year, the weekend courses are being held at Exeter College’s Cohen Quad site (https://www.exeter.ox.ac.uk/the-cohen-quad-site/) which is a 10-15 minute walk from the Turl Street site and closer to the bus and train stations. This includes accommodation, all meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch, teaching rooms, registration desk and welcome meeting and drinks. The five-day courses will take place at the Turl Street site as usual, beginning with registration from 2pm and the Sunday afternoon workshops at 2.30pm.

Cohen Quad is a beautiful building with bright, airy rooms and, weather permitting, an attractive  courtyard where we can have our Welcome Drinks. The address is Cohen Quad, Walton Street, OX1 2HG. You can see it here: https://www.exeter.ox.ac.uk/tour/.

Delegates arriving early for the 5-day courses can arrive on Saturday at Turl Street, or on Thursday or Friday at Cohen Quad. If you arrive on Thursday or Friday at Cohen Quad for the 5-day courses, you may choose whether to stay in Cohen Quad for the remainder of your stay, or whether to move to Turl Street on Saturday 16th or Sunday 17th.

Breakfast on Sunday morning for those who have stayed overnight at Turl Street will be held in the Exeter College Dining Hall as usual.

We are happy to let you know that as all rooms in Cohen Quad are single ensuite, and the ensuite fee this year will be waived for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at Cohen Quad.
