Your payment details will not be stored on this website. Your account on this website will contain your customer details, such as name, email and address.

Fees and Refunds

Please note that all course fees are payable in advance. No refunds are payable unless you can prove exceptional circumstances or you have purchased a course 14 days prior to starting the tuition.  In this case, you are entitled to a full refund if the tuition has not started or to a partial refund if the tuition starts within this 14-day period.  Similarly, for exams, you are only entitled to a full refund if you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not yet submitted your paper.

To request a refund, you must contact us by email at info@astrology.org.uk and each case will be considered individually.  If a refund is agreed, a deduction of £50 may be made to cover administrative costs and the refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Our payments are processed with PayPal. Therefore, we do not store credit card details on this website, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Delivery Times

Book orders should be delivered within 10 working days for UK addresses. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery if ordering from outside the UK.

Please contact the administrator at info@astrology.org.uk if you do not receive your book within these times.

All other material, such as distance learning courses, London classes, Summer School modules, day and online seminar enrolments can be accessed via the instructions included in your enrolment confirmation, which you will receive by email within 2 working days.
