June 2025 Astrology Overview

June marks a month of shifts and movements. With Mercury, Venus, and Mars and Jupiter changing signs and in direct motion, forward momentum seems to be in the air.
6 June: Venus enters Taurus
A shift towards loving beauty within and beauty around us, rejoicing in creature comforts. A focus on what we firmly value to pledge commitment to ourselves and others.
8 June: Mercury conjunct Jupiter and enters Cancer
Mercury meets Jupiter in the final degrees of Gemini, expanding thought, communication, and curiosity. It then enters Cancer at 23:58 BST, shifting the tone to more intuitive, emotionally informed thinking.
9 June: Jupiter enters Cancer
Jupiter moves into its sign of exaltation – once every 12 years and a notable transit. The year ahead might bring heightened compassion as we lean into greater understanding of others’ emotional outlook, feelings and needs. Or a period of expanding our perception of family, home or relating in search for connection that we can trust.
11 June: Full Moon @ 20°38’ Sagittarius
The full Moon trines Mars and is ruled by Jupiter in Cancer. It invites us to understand beliefs that drive us, thinking about what’s meaningful and the adventures that we’re confident in chasing. With Jupiter’s connection to Saturn-Neptune in Aries, it suggests learning concrete truths or refining how we share knowledge mindfully and with more care – a turning point in engaging with others.
15 June: Mars square Uranus
Mars in late Leo squares Uranus in Taurus. This aspect may bring impulsive or disruptive energy, acting as a catalyst for sudden change. While insight can emerge, the key is staying centred amid the unexpected.
17 June: Mars enters Virgo
Action becomes methodical. There’s drive for precision, service, and improvement. Mars in Virgo channels energy into refinement rather than risk.
21 June: Sun enters Cancer
It’s the Summer Solstice in the northern hemisphere: a time of renewal, vitality and growth. A shift to being in tune with our emotions, and what makes us safe and secure.
25 June: New Moon @ 04°07’ Cancer
The New Moon (and Sun) conjuncts Jupiter, and squares Saturn-Neptune in Aries. There may be an enthusiasm for showing others that we care through emotional connection and generosity. At the same time, we may feel called to be honest about our inner world, family, heritage or home, and discern how we can realistically expand and achieve our dreams in these areas.
26 June: Mercury enters Leo
A time of courageously speaking from our hearts to express ourselves and make our presence known.
