An Archaeology of the Astrological Houses
Part 1: Places of the Soul
with Brian Clark

ENROL HERE

When you enrol on Part 1, you’ll get a chance to save £5 by booking Part 2 at the same time.

Astrologically the spirit of place infuses all the astrological houses, emotionally and spiritually, as well as literally. During our first class we will excavate the layers of the astrological houses to locate their deeper levels of experience. We will look at their signs, rulers and planets to understand the interface between houses of the horoscope. What happens when we re-locate our horoscopes and house positions of planets shift? We will consider our charts in different geographical settings to see how our natal disposition might be re-situated.

11 July 2020
10.00–11.30am BST
An Archaeology of the Astrological Houses
Part 2: Inhabiting the Space
with Brian Clark

ENROL HERE

Inhabit suggests dwelling in, but also implies what is instinctually habitual. Place is very individual; who can explain why we are drawn to certain places from a young age; why some prefer cities, others villages. In Part 2 we will consider place from the perspective of the soul, using the natal and relocated houses of the horoscope and their resident planetary archetypes to help us consciously cooperate with ensouling our personal and our collective space.

25 July 2020
3.00–4.30am BST
Between Heaven and Earth –
Heliacal Rising and Setting Stars
with Christian König

ENROL HERE

The ascent of the soul was always a predominant theme of humanity. The Pyramid Texts consider that the soul comes from the stars and returns back to them after death. Astrologically, starphasing mirrors this: Some stars become visible after being absent from the sky (heliacal rising), others return to Earth after living with the immortal circumpolar stars (heliacal setting). In this workshop, we will encounter these two special stars that guide you. Everyone has a heliacal rising and setting star; it’s a bridge between Heaven and Earth, an important life theme beyond the chart. What is my mission and how can I fulfill it?

Christian König is a practicing astrologer for more than 30 years and has been in love with astrology since he was 11 years old. He is a “Certified Astrologer of the German Astrological Association” and also works as a licensed psychotherapist (depth psychology and trauma therapy) with university degree in psychology. It is his passion to bring the starry sky back into astrology.
